Previously Announced Corporate Name Change to Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc. Results in New Ticker (OTCBB:BOPH)
YANTAI, China(BUSINESS WIRE) Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc. (Bohai?) (OTCBB:BOPH) today announced that the company’s ticker symbol as quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board has been changed from OTCBB:LNKR to OTCBB:BOPH effective today, February 9, 2010.
On February 8, 2010, Bohai received notification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that the company’s name change from Link Resources, Inc. to Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc. and symbol change were formally approved. As previously announced, Bohai’s corporate name was legally changed effective January 29, 2010.
Bohai also announced that the CUSIP number for its common stock is 097316 103 and its ISIN number is US0973161039.
In order to more accurately reflect our initiatives to produce and distribute herbal pharmaceuticals based on traditional Chinese medicine, we have changed our corporate name to Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc. and our symbol to BOPH,? stated Mr. Hongwei Qu, President and Chief Executive Officer.
